Leeds Festival
Held at Bramham Park on the bank holiday weekend in August, the three day music festival hosts the very best music acts from around the world. The 2007 event saw among others Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Razorlight, Bloc Party and Smashing Pumpkins perform. Over 60,000 people attend the festival each year.
Leisure Support Services is the proud supplier of cleaning and recycling services at the festival. With over 800 toilets, 90 food traders and over 2 million pints of lager consumed over the festival weekend, a team of 200 staff provide 24/7 cover ensuring the festival site is looking at its very best at the start of the event and that standards are maintained throughout.
After the event, the focus is on returning Bramham Park back to its original state, removing tents, rubbish, and debris whilst supporting the load out of the caterers, staging teams, and other suppliers. The team works quickly to remove the waste to ensure that it doesn't spread and doesn't affect local wildlife.
