The Open Championship
Attracting over 40,000 spectators a day over the four days of competition our operations during the event are round the clock to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the event. Over the course of the Open, our team ensures that a strong relationship and good communication is maintained with both the client and the caterers. In doing so we are able to plan effectively and deliver the best possible service to the R&A year on year.
Facilities at the Open include a vast expanse of temporary structures, most of which are located in the Tented Village. Pristine conditions are maintained for some of the most prestigious hospitality suite sets in sport. Restricted areas that contain a press team 200 strong and others that house the world's best golfers and their families during the event all depend on our services.
Our team successfully delivered services to the 2007 Open Championship at Carnoustie, where Padraig Harrington became the first Irishman to win the Title for 60 years. We continue to do a fantastic job each year and are currently planning for the 2008 Open Championships at Royal Birkdale, Liverpool to ensure yet another successful event.
