Ricoh Arena
Leisure Support Services delivers housekeeping and concierge services at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry. Not many venues in the UK can compare to the variety and quality of facilities that are available at the venue including, a 6,000m2 arena, a 32,000 seat football stadium, offices, a heath club, a 71 room hotel, conference & banqueting facilities and an Isle of Capri casino.
Our permanent housekeeping team is flexible to the needs of all facilities and events within the venue and the associated operational demands that they bring. The permanent staff team covers routine day to day housekeeping while for major events, such as a full capacity football match or concert we overlay our permanent team with an event team recruited from our staff database.
We also support a security team of 12 staff that operate as a guest services team covering 24 hours a day. Their main role is to liaise with and welcome: hotel guests, conferences delegates, gym members etc. whilst also maintaining a secure venue and responding to any security issues that arise. They contribute to the all important first impression and have therefore been trained to add to the visitor experience by being approachable, courteous and helpful.
We understand the importance of our team being front line and customer facing while at the same time maintaining the standards expected by all patrons of this world class venue.
